Sonoma State University proudly hosts the Sonoma County Middle and High School Honor Band festival on Friday and Saturday, January 25-26, at the Green Music Center.

Rehearsals are open to the public. Daily parking charge $5 in effect.

The Sonoma County Honor Band Concert takes place on Saturday, January 26, at 7:30 pm in Weill Hall. Tickets are $8 and free to SSU students.

The Symphonic Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra will perform as part of the SSU Music Department’s annual Invitational Wind Band and Orchestra Festival. The Sonoma Invitational Festival is a non-competitive, non-rated festival, with emphases on musical artistry and education. Now in its 6 th year, the festival will feature performances from over 50 high school bands and orchestras from throughout California. Admitted students and their families are invited to learn about the music department at this annual Music Department Sampler Concert, a one-hour show of solo, jazz, and chamber ensemble pieces performed by current students.

Schroeder Hall at Sonoma State's Green Music Center is about a ten minute walk from the campus center or a quick drive to the north campus entrance. Parking is available in Lots L, M, N and O. Map For information call 707-664-2324.
