Dr. Doug Leibinger's arrangements featured in The Ottawa Latin Jazz Orchestra Virtual Project

Dr. Douglas Leibinger, Director of Jazz Studies, was asked by Miguel de Armas (founding member of Cuba's NG la Banda), along with the Canada Council for the Arts to write some arrangements of de Armas' compositions. 

Miguel De Armas has since formed the "Ottawa Latin Jazz Orchestra" which launched its Virtual Project just this past weekend. The virtual launch featured three of Dr. Leibinger's arrangements.
