Audition Recording Requirements

All applicants must submit a recent a cappella recording that demonstrates their vocal quality, musicality, and pitch. Professional-level recording is not necessary (a “living-room recording” is fine); however, it needs to be of sufficient quality that a fair assessment can be made. You will be asked to provide a link to your recording (Google Drive, YouTube, Vimeo, etc) on the Application.

There are two parts to the audition recording.

  • Song: You may sing any song of your choice. Sing your song a cappella.

  • Vocalise: Sing a variety of scales and arpeggios that demonstrate your lower, middle, and upper range, as well as your dynamic capabilities.
