Instrumental Repertory
Faculty
This class is a weekly forum for instrumentalists to perform the solo and ensemble repertoire they are currently working on, and also play assigned chamber music. The students are divided into groups which perform in alternating succession throughout the semester. Performers receive constructive criticism and direction from the instructors, as well as master classes and performances from visiting artists. Topics of discussion will include elements of performing, avoiding performance-related injuries and related issues. Students produce three concerts per semester as a result of these endeavors.
