Gain insights into how to mentally prepare for auditions from Music and Mindfulness specialists Alexander Kahn and Barbara Bogatin and how to reduce physical tension through yoga with Yoga for Musicians expert Jessica Valeri
Learn about the college admissions process from current music majors

1:30 p.m. Round table discussion: life as a music major (with current SSU students)
