12:00 – 1:15    Lunch Break (MS Band moves to Weill)
1:15 pm        Call Time in Weill Hall
1:30 – 3:30   Rehearsal in Weill Hall

6:30 pm        Concert Call Time in Green Room (next to Weill Hall)

7:00 pm        Concert Begins (1. Strings; 2. MS Band; 3. HS Band) 
                     MS Band members will remain in Green Room during Strings performance

After concert, MS Band members return instruments to Green Room and go to audience for HS Band performance
